1. Aceptación

Al descargar o usar Guarismo aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices la app.

2. Licencia de uso

Te concedemos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la app en dispositivos Apple que sean de tu propiedad o estén bajo tu control.

3. Finalidad de la app

Guarismo es una herramienta para escanear tickets y facturas, extraer sus datos con OCR e IA, clasificar gastos y exportarlos para tu gestoría. Los resúmenes de los modelos 303 y 130 y los informes que genera son borradores orientativos. Guarismo no presenta declaraciones ni comunica datos ante la Agencia Tributaria; la presentación corresponde siempre a ti o a tu gestor.

4. Suscripciones

Guarismo funciona por suscripción. Algunas funciones requieren un plan de pago (Plus o Pro). Los pagos se procesan a través del App Store y las cancelaciones o reembolsos se gestionan según las políticas de Apple. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles.

5. Exactitud de los datos

El OCR y la IA pueden cometer errores al leer o interpretar un ticket. Eres responsable de revisar los importes, el IVA y las categorías antes de usarlos o de entregarlos a tu gestoría. Revisa siempre las cifras con tu gestor o asesor fiscal.

6. Propiedad intelectual

La app, su contenido y su diseño pertenecen a Óscar R. Garrucho o a sus licenciantes. No puedes copiar ni distribuir el material sin permiso escrito previo.

7. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no usar la app de forma ilícita ni a interferir en su funcionamiento o seguridad.

8. Exención de garantías

La app se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo. El contenido y los cálculos pueden contener errores o no estar completamente actualizados.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de los daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso de la app, incluidos errores en los datos extraídos o en los resúmenes fiscales.

10. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado de la app después de publicar los cambios implica su aceptación.

By downloading or using Guarismo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control.

3. Purpose of the app

Guarismo is a tool to scan receipts and invoices, extract their data with OCR and AI, categorise expenses and export them for your accountant. The summaries of forms 303 and 130 and the reports it generates are indicative drafts. Guarismo does not file returns or send data to the tax authority; filing is always up to you or your accountant.

4. Subscriptions

Guarismo works by subscription. Some features require a paid plan (Plus or Pro). Payments are handled through the App Store and cancellations or refunds are managed according to Apple's policies. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it.

5. Data accuracy

OCR and AI may make mistakes when reading or interpreting a receipt. You are responsible for reviewing amounts, VAT and categories before using them or handing them to your accountant. Always double-check the figures with your accountant or tax advisor.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its content and its design belong to Óscar R. Garrucho or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute the material without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app unlawfully or interfere with its operation or security.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The content and calculations may contain errors or may not be fully up to date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including errors in the extracted data or the tax summaries.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after the changes are published means you accept them.
