1. Aceptación de los términos

Al descargar o utilizar citizenLang («la app») aceptas estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo con ellos, no utilices la app.

2. Licencia de uso

Te concedemos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la app en dispositivos Apple de tu propiedad o bajo tu control. El uso de la app está también sujeto a las Reglas de Uso del App Store de Apple y al Contrato de Licencia para Usuario Final (EULA) estándar de Apple, en lo que resulte aplicable.

3. Finalidad educativa

citizenLang es una herramienta de estudio independiente para ayudarte a preparar el examen CCSE (Conocimientos Constitucionales y Socioculturales de España), requisito para la obtención de la nacionalidad española por residencia. El contenido se ofrece con fines educativos y de práctica. Las preguntas proceden del banco oficial publicado por el Instituto Cervantes y se utilizan con fines educativos, citando su fuente. No garantizamos que apruebes el examen ni que el contenido coincida exactamente con el de tu convocatoria. citizenLang no es una aplicación oficial del Instituto Cervantes, del Gobierno de España ni de ningún organismo oficial del Estado.

4. Compras dentro de la app

Algunas funciones o idiomas adicionales requieren una compra dentro de la app:

  • Los pagos se procesan a través de tu cuenta de Apple (App Store).
  • Se trata de compras únicas; citizenLang no utiliza suscripciones de renovación automática.
  • Puedes restaurar tus compras en cualquier momento desde la app con tu cuenta de Apple.
  • El precio se muestra en la app antes de confirmar la compra.
  • Las solicitudes de reembolso se gestionan según las políticas de Apple.

5. Propiedad intelectual

La app, su diseño, sus traducciones y sus explicaciones pertenecen a Óscar R. Garrucho o a sus licenciantes y están protegidos por la legislación aplicable. Las preguntas oficiales del examen son propiedad del Instituto Cervantes y se reproducen con fines educativos citando su fuente. No puedes copiar, distribuir, modificar ni crear obras derivadas de la app sin autorización previa por escrito.

6. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no usar la app de forma ilícita, a no intentar acceder a ella de forma no autorizada y a no interferir en su funcionamiento o seguridad.

7. Exención de garantías

La app se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que el contenido esté libre de errores, sea exhaustivo o esté siempre actualizado conforme a la convocatoria vigente del Instituto Cervantes.

8. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de los daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso o de la imposibilidad de uso de la app. Eres responsable de conocer los requisitos del examen CCSE y de la normativa de nacionalidad vigente, así como de inscribirte en la convocatoria oficial a través de los canales del Instituto Cervantes.

9. Cambios

Podemos modificar la app o estos Términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado de la app tras la publicación de los cambios implica su aceptación.

10. Legislación aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los juzgados y tribunales competentes conforme a la normativa aplicable.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By downloading or using citizenLang (“the app”) you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control. Use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store Usage Rules and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), to the extent applicable.

3. Educational purpose

citizenLang is an independent study tool designed to help you prepare for the CCSE exam (Constitutional and Sociocultural Knowledge of Spain), a requirement to obtain Spanish citizenship by residence. The content is provided for educational and practice purposes. The questions come from the official bank published by the Instituto Cervantes and are used for educational purposes, citing their source. We do not guarantee that you will pass the exam or that the content will exactly match that of your exam session. citizenLang is not an official application of the Instituto Cervantes, the Government of Spain, or any official state organization.

4. In-app purchases

Some features or additional languages require an in-app purchase:

  • Payments are processed through your Apple account (App Store).
  • These are one-time purchases; citizenLang does not use auto-renewing subscriptions.
  • You can restore your purchases at any time from the app with your Apple account.
  • The price is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.
  • Refund requests are handled according to Apple's policies.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design, its translations and its explanations belong to Óscar R. Garrucho or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. The official exam questions are the property of the Instituto Cervantes and are reproduced for educational purposes, citing their source. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works of the app without prior written authorization.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app unlawfully, not to attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner, and not to interfere with its operation or security.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is error-free, exhaustive or always up to date with the current Instituto Cervantes exam session.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. You are responsible for knowing the requirements of the CCSE exam and the citizenship regulations in force, as well as for registering for the official exam session through the Instituto Cervantes channels.

9. Changes

We may modify the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable law.
