1. Aceptación

Al descargar o usar Cubora aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices la app.

2. Licencia de uso

Te concedemos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la app en dispositivos Apple que sean de tu propiedad o estén bajo tu control.

3. Marcas y titularidad

Cubora es una app independiente para aprender a resolver y cronometrar el cubo. No está afiliada ni respaldada por Rubik's Brand Ltd, Spin Master ni la World Cube Association (WCA). «Rubik's Cube» y demás marcas mencionadas pertenecen a sus respectivos titulares y se citan únicamente con fines descriptivos.

4. Compras dentro de la app

Cubora se puede usar de forma gratuita: el solucionador, el cronómetro, las estadísticas, las lecciones del método por capas y los logros no tienen límites ni contadores. «Cubora Pro» es una compra única, no una suscripción, y desbloquea exactamente dos cosas: la biblioteca completa de algoritmos OLL y PLL, y los temas de pegatinas alternativos. El pago se procesa a través del App Store de Apple; RevenueCat actúa como proveedor técnico para validar la compra y activar el desbloqueo.

5. Restauración de la compra

Al no ser una suscripción, no hay renovación automática ni cargos periódicos. La compra queda asociada a tu cuenta de Apple, así que puedes recuperarla en cualquier dispositivo con «Restaurar compras», tanto en la pantalla de Cubora Pro como en Ajustes. Los reembolsos se rigen por las políticas de Apple.

6. Propiedad intelectual

La app, su contenido y su diseño pertenecen a Óscar R. Garrucho o a sus licenciantes. No puedes copiar ni distribuir el material sin permiso escrito previo.

7. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no usar la app de forma ilícita ni a interferir en su funcionamiento o seguridad.

8. Exención de garantías

La app se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo. Las soluciones y los tiempos son orientativos y pueden contener errores.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de los daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso de la app.

10. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado de la app después de publicar los cambios implica su aceptación.

By downloading or using Cubora you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control.

3. Trademarks and ownership

Cubora is an independent app for learning to solve and timing the cube. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rubik's Brand Ltd, Spin Master or the World Cube Association (WCA). "Rubik's Cube" and other mentioned marks belong to their respective owners and are cited for descriptive purposes only.

4. In-app purchases

Cubora can be used for free: the solver, the timer, the statistics, the layer-by-layer lessons and the achievements have no limits and no counters. "Cubora Pro" is a one-off purchase, not a subscription, and unlocks exactly two things: the full OLL and PLL algorithm library, and the alternative sticker themes. Payments are handled through Apple's App Store; RevenueCat acts as the technical provider that validates the purchase and activates the unlock.

5. Restoring the purchase

As it is not a subscription, there is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so you can bring it back on any device with "Restore purchases", both on the Cubora Pro screen and in Settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its content and its design belong to Óscar R. Garrucho or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute the material without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app unlawfully or interfere with its operation or security.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Solutions and times are indicative and may contain errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after the changes are published means you accept them.
