Términos y condiciones

1. Aceptación de los términos

Al descargar o utilizar driveLang («la app») aceptas estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo con ellos, no utilices la app.

2. Licencia de uso

Te concedemos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la app en dispositivos Apple de tu propiedad o bajo tu control. El uso de la app está también sujeto a las Reglas de Uso del App Store de Apple y al Contrato de Licencia para Usuario Final (EULA) estándar de Apple, en lo que resulte aplicable.

3. Finalidad educativa

driveLang es una herramienta de estudio independiente para ayudarte a preparar el examen teórico de conducir. El contenido se ofrece con fines educativos y de práctica. No garantizamos que apruebes el examen ni que el contenido coincida exactamente con las preguntas oficiales. driveLang no es una aplicación oficial de la DGT, del Gobierno de España ni de ningún organismo oficial del Estado.

4. Compras y suscripciones

Algunas funciones requieren una compra o una suscripción de pago («Premium»):

  • Los pagos se procesan a través de tu cuenta de Apple (App Store).
  • Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo que las canceles al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo en curso.
  • Puedes gestionar o cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde los Ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple.
  • El precio y la duración se muestran en la app antes de confirmar la compra.
  • Las solicitudes de reembolso se gestionan según las políticas de Apple.

5. Propiedad intelectual

La app y su contenido —textos, preguntas, explicaciones, diseño y marcas— pertenecen a Óscar R. Garrucho o a sus licenciantes y están protegidos por la legislación aplicable. No puedes copiar, distribuir, modificar ni crear obras derivadas sin autorización previa por escrito.

6. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no usar la app de forma ilícita, a no intentar acceder a ella de forma no autorizada y a no interferir en su funcionamiento o seguridad.

7. Exención de garantías

La app se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que el contenido esté libre de errores, sea exhaustivo o esté siempre actualizado conforme a la normativa vigente.

8. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de los daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso o de la imposibilidad de uso de la app. Eres responsable de conocer y cumplir la normativa de tráfico vigente.

9. Cambios

Podemos modificar la app o estos Términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado de la app tras la publicación de los cambios implica su aceptación.

10. Legislación aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los juzgados y tribunales competentes conforme a la normativa aplicable.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By downloading or using driveLang (“the app”) you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control. Use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store Usage Rules and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), to the extent applicable.

3. Educational purpose

driveLang is an independent study tool designed to help you prepare for the driving theory exam. The content is provided for educational and practice purposes. We do not guarantee that you will pass the exam or that the content will exactly match the official questions. driveLang is not an official application of the DGT, the Government of Spain, or any official state organization.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Some features require a purchase or a paid subscription (“Premium”):

  • Payments are processed through your Apple account (App Store).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple account Settings.
  • The price and duration are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.
  • Refund requests are handled according to Apple's policies.

5. Intellectual property

The app and its content —text, questions, explanations, design and trademarks— belong to Óscar R. Garrucho or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works without prior written authorization.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app unlawfully, not to attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner, and not to interfere with its operation or security.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is error-free, exhaustive or always up to date with current regulations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the traffic regulations in force.

9. Changes

We may modify the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable law.
