Términos y condiciones

1. Aceptación

Al descargar o usar Tidoria aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices el juego.

2. Licencia de uso

Te concedemos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar el juego en dispositivos Apple de tu propiedad o bajo tu control, conforme a las Normas de uso del App Store de Apple.

3. Qué es Tidoria

Tidoria es un juego de puzle: agrupas productos en estanterías hasta dejar el tablero ordenado. Los niveles se generan automáticamente y se comprueba que tengan solución antes de mostrártelos. No es un juego de azar, no hay apuestas, no hay premios reales y no hay cajas de botín: cada compra dice exactamente qué entrega.

4. Compras dentro de la app

El juego es gratuito y completo. De forma opcional puedes comprar:

  • Packs de monedas (compra consumible): abonan un número fijo y anunciado de monedas. Las monedas también se ganan jugando, sirven para pistas, estanterías extra y temas cosméticos, no tienen valor fuera del juego y no son canjeables por dinero.
  • Quitar anuncios (compra única): elimina los anuncios entre niveles y los vídeos opcionales.
  • Todos los temas (compra única): desbloquea los temas cosméticos, que cambian el aspecto y nunca la dificultad.

No hay suscripciones. El pago lo procesa Apple a través del App Store y la entrega se verifica con RevenueCat. Las compras únicas se recuperan con «Restaurar compras» en la tienda del juego. Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple según sus políticas; nosotros no podemos concederlos.

5. Publicidad

El juego se financia con publicidad (Google AdMob): anuncios entre niveles y vídeos opcionales que puedes ver para ganar monedas. Ver un vídeo es siempre voluntario. Si compras «Quitar anuncios», desaparecen.

6. Progreso y pérdida de datos

El progreso se guarda en tu dispositivo. Si borras la app, cambias de teléfono o el archivo de partida se corrompe, ese progreso puede perderse y no podemos recuperarlo, porque no existe ninguna copia en nuestros servidores. Las compras únicas sí se recuperan con «Restaurar compras», porque las guarda tu cuenta de Apple; las monedas ya gastadas, no.

7. Propiedad intelectual

El juego, sus textos, diseño, música y funcionalidad pertenecen a Óscar R. Garrucho o a sus licenciantes. No puedes copiar, descompilar ni distribuir el material sin permiso escrito previo.

8. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no usar el juego de forma ilícita, a no modificarlo ni manipular la partida guardada, y a no interferir en su funcionamiento, en su seguridad ni en la clasificación del reto diario. Podemos retirar de la clasificación las marcas manifestamente imposibles.

9. Exención de garantías

El juego se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones ni errores, ni que la clasificación del reto diario esté siempre disponible.

10. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de los daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso del juego, incluida la pérdida de progreso.

11. Cambios

Podemos modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado del juego implica la aceptación de los cambios publicados.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Tidoria you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the game on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. What Tidoria is

Tidoria is a puzzle game: you group goods on shelves until the board is tidy. Levels are generated automatically and checked to have a solution before you are shown them. It is not a game of chance, there is no betting, there are no real-world prizes and there are no loot boxes: every purchase states exactly what it delivers.

4. In-app purchases

The game is free and complete. Optionally, you can buy:

  • Coin packs (consumable purchase): they pay out a fixed, stated number of coins. Coins are also earned by playing, they pay for hints, extra shelves and cosmetic themes, they have no value outside the game and they cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Remove Ads (one-off purchase): removes the ads between levels and the optional videos.
  • All Themes (one-off purchase): unlocks the cosmetic themes, which change how the game looks and never how hard it is.

There are no subscriptions. Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store and delivery is verified with RevenueCat. One-off purchases are recovered with "Restore Purchases" in the game's shop. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies; we cannot grant them.

5. Advertising

The game is funded by advertising (Google AdMob): ads between levels and optional videos you can watch to earn coins. Watching a video is always voluntary. If you buy "Remove Ads", they are gone.

6. Progress and data loss

Progress is saved on your device. If you delete the app, change phone or the save file becomes corrupted, that progress may be lost and we cannot recover it, because no copy of it exists on any server of ours. One-off purchases are recoverable with "Restore Purchases", because your Apple account holds them; coins you have already spent are not.

7. Intellectual property

The game, its text, design, music and functionality belong to Óscar R. Garrucho or its licensors. You may not copy, decompile or distribute the material without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the game unlawfully, not to modify it or tamper with the saved game, and not to interfere with its operation, its security or the daily-challenge leaderboard. We may remove scores from the leaderboard that are plainly impossible.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or error, nor that the daily-challenge leaderboard will always be available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the game, including loss of progress.

11. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the game means you accept the changes published.
