¿Cómo se juega?

Toca una ficha que no tenga ninguna encima y se va a tu bandeja. Cuando la bandeja reúne tres fichas del mismo icono, las tres desaparecen y te devuelven los huecos. Sacar una ficha de arriba libera las que estaban debajo, así que el orden en el que pelas el montón lo es todo. Vacía el montón entero y ganas.

¿Cuándo se acaba la partida?

Cuando la bandeja se llena —siete huecos— y no hay ningún trío que se pueda cerrar. No hay tiempo, ni vidas, ni energía: puedes pensar todo lo que quieras.

¿Hay montones imposibles?

No. Las fichas se reparten siempre en tríos completos y el montón se construye para que las de arriba se puedan quitar, así que todo tablero se puede vaciar. Si te atascas, ha sido por el orden, no por el reparto: sale reintentando.

Me he quedado sin hueco en la bandeja

Tienes tres ayudas, todas pagadas con monedas que también se ganan jugando: deshacer echa atrás tu último toque, el imán devuelve al tablero las tres últimas fichas de la bandeja, y mezclar reparte de nuevo los iconos entre las fichas que quedan sin moverlas de sitio. Y si la partida ya ha terminado, puedes ver un vídeo para recuperar hueco y seguir; también puedes empezar otra sin ver nada.

He comprado monedas y no aparecen

Vuelve a abrir el juego con conexión: los packs pendientes se entregan al arrancar. Si sigue sin aparecer, pulsa «Restaurar compras» en la tienda o en los ajustes y, si aún así falta, escríbenos con el recibo de Apple y lo resolvemos.

He reinstalado el juego y he perdido el progreso

El progreso se guarda solo en el dispositivo, así que al borrar la app se borra con ella y no podemos recuperarlo. Lo que sí vuelve es lo comprado: «Quitar anuncios» y el pack de temas se recuperan con «Restaurar compras».

¿Cómo quito los anuncios?

Con la compra única «Quitar anuncios», en la tienda del juego. Elimina los anuncios entre partidas, y además seguir una partida perdida deja de necesitar vídeo.

El reto diario no carga la clasificación

La clasificación necesita iCloud y conexión. Si no está disponible, el juego te guarda la puntuación en una clasificación local dentro del móvil y el reto se puede jugar igual: la racha se cuenta en tu propio dispositivo, así que no se pierde por estar sin cobertura.

¿Todos jugamos el mismo reto diario?

Sí. El montón del día se genera a partir de la fecha, así que es idéntico para cualquiera que lo abra el mismo día (en horario UTC). Es un poco más grande que el modo sin fin: nueve iconos distintos y veinte tríos, con la misma bandeja de siete.

¿Puedo jugar sin conexión?

Sí. El modo sin fin y el reto diario funcionan enteros sin internet. Solo la clasificación del reto necesita conexión para publicar y leer las puntuaciones.

No distingo bien los colores de las fichas

Activa alto contraste en los ajustes: cambia los colores de cualquier tema —también los de pago— por nueve tonos elegidos para seguir distinguiéndose con protanopia, deuteranopia y tritanopia. Además, cada tipo de ficha lleva siempre su propio icono, así que el color nunca es la única pista. Es gratis y no depende de qué temas tengas.

Uso VoiceOver

El montón y la bandeja se leen con VoiceOver: cada ficha dice su icono y si está libre o cubierta y en qué capa, y la bandeja dice qué tiene dentro y cuántos huecos quedan. El texto de la app sigue el tamaño de letra del sistema. Con «Reducir movimiento» activo se quita la animación permanente de la pantalla de inicio. Ninguna de estas ayudas se compra.

Frequently asked questions

How do I play?

Tap a tile with nothing on top of it and it goes to your tray. When the tray holds three tiles with the same icon, all three vanish and give the slots back. Taking a tile off the top frees the ones underneath, so the order in which you peel the pile is everything. Empty the whole pile and you win.

When does a game end?

When the tray fills up — seven slots — and there is no triple left to close. There is no timer, no lives and no energy: think for as long as you like.

Are there impossible piles?

No. Tiles are always dealt in complete triples and the pile is built so the top ones can be taken off, so every board can be cleared. If you get stuck it was the order, not the deal: it comes out on a retry.

I have run out of tray space

You have three helpers, all paid for with coins you also earn by playing: undo steps back your last tap, the magnet returns the last three tiles in the tray to the board, and shuffle re-deals the icons among the tiles that are left without moving them. And if the game is already over, you can watch a video to get space back and carry on; you can also just start another one without watching anything.

I bought coins and they have not appeared

Reopen the game while online: pending packs are delivered on launch. If they are still missing, tap "Restore Purchases" in the shop or in Settings and, if that does not do it, write to us with your Apple receipt and we will sort it out.

I reinstalled the game and lost my progress

Progress is stored only on the device, so deleting the app deletes it too and we cannot recover it. What does come back is what you paid for: "Remove Ads" and the theme pack are restored with "Restore Purchases".

How do I remove the ads?

With the one-off "Remove Ads" purchase, in the game's shop. It removes the ads between games, and carrying on after a lost game stops needing a video too.

The daily challenge will not load the leaderboard

The leaderboard needs iCloud and a connection. If it is unavailable, the game keeps your score in a local leaderboard inside the phone and the challenge can still be played: your streak is counted on your own device, so it is not lost because you had no signal.

Do we all play the same daily challenge?

Yes. The day's pile is generated from the date, so it is identical for anybody who opens it on the same day (UTC). It is a little larger than endless mode: nine different icons and twenty triples, with the same seven-slot tray.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Endless mode and the daily challenge both work entirely without internet. Only the challenge leaderboard needs a connection, to publish and read scores.

I cannot tell the tile colours apart

Turn on high contrast in Settings: it swaps any theme's colours — the paid ones included — for nine hues chosen to stay apart under protanopia, deuteranopia and tritanopia. On top of that, every tile kind always carries its own icon, so colour is never the only clue. It is free and does not depend on which themes you own.

I use VoiceOver

The pile and the tray are read out by VoiceOver: each tile states its icon and whether it is free or covered and on which layer, and the tray states what is in it and how many slots are left. The app's text follows the system text size. With Reduce Motion on, the permanent animation on the home screen is removed. None of these helpers is a purchase.
