Política de privacidad

Última actualización: 1 de septiembre de 2026

5. Publicidad, consentimiento y seguimiento

8. Con quién compartimos datos

No vendemos tus datos.

1. Data controller

Cromora is an iPhone game developed by Óscar R. Garrucho. If you want to talk about privacy, write to oscar.garrucho@gmail.com.

2. There is no account

Cromora has no sign-up, no login and no user profile. We do not ask for your name, email address, date of birth or any other personal detail in order to play.

3. Data that stays on your device

  • Game and progress: coins, the level you have reached, the stars for each level you have cleared, your best move count for each daily challenge, your unlocked themes and the one you are wearing, and your settings (sound and vibration). Stored on the device itself and never sent to any server of ours.
  • Unlocked purchases: what you have bought is read back from the App Store on every launch and also kept on the device, so that Remove Ads and the theme pack stay active offline.

4. Data that leaves the device

  • Daily-challenge leaderboard (Apple iCloud / CloudKit): if you play the daily challenge, the app writes three values to the game's CloudKit public database: the date of the challenge, your move count and an installation identifier. That identifier is a random number the app generates the first time it opens; it is not your phone's identifier and not the advertising one, it goes to nobody else, and its only job is to let your second attempt of the day replace the first instead of stacking up. No name and no email address are sent, and the leaderboard shows results only. Delete the app and the identifier goes with it. If CloudKit is unavailable, your result stays inside the phone itself.
  • Ads (Google AdMob): the game shows an ad every few levels and offers an optional video in exchange for five more moves. Google receives the technical information needed to serve them.
  • Purchase management (RevenueCat): who owns what is handled for us by RevenueCat, Inc. It receives the purchase receipt Apple issues and an anonymous identifier RevenueCat generates for this installation. It receives no name, no email address and no payment details, because we do not hold them either.
  • Purchases (Apple's App Store): payment is processed by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or handle your card or billing details.
  • Support: if you write to us, we receive your email address and message.

Cromora ships no analytics SDK at all: there is no Firebase, no Google Analytics and nothing equivalent. We do not measure which levels you play or how long you take.

5. Advertising, consent and tracking

If you are in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, Google's consent form (UMP) is shown to you before any personalised ad is requested. In addition, the system asks whether you allow tracking (Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt). If you say no to either one, the advertising identifier is not used and ads become non-personalised: the game works exactly the same. You can change your mind at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and review your ad choices from the game's settings.

If you would rather see no ads at all, the "Remove Ads" purchase removes them entirely, and the five extra moves that were offered for a video become free.

6. Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to make the game work (saving your game, publishing a daily-challenge result, delivering and keeping your purchases) and to fund it with advertising. The legal basis is performance of a contract and legitimate interest and, for personalised ads, your explicit consent.

7. Retention

Your progress lives on your device for as long as the app is installed; delete the app and it goes with it. Results published to the leaderboard are kept against the date of the challenge. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request.

8. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. The only parties involved are the providers the game needs in order to work: Apple (App Store and iCloud), Google (AdMob) and RevenueCat (purchase management).

9. Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as exercise data portability. Write to oscar.garrucho@gmail.com. Because there is no account, locating a daily-challenge result means telling us the day and the move count.

10. Minors

Cromora is rated for everyone and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 beyond what is described above. There is no chat, no user-generated content and no way to contact other players.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the current version on this page.
