Preguntas frecuentes

Comprar no compra estrellas.

Me he quedado sin movimientos

He comprado monedas y no aparecen

He reinstalado el juego y he perdido el progreso

Frequently asked questions

How do I play?

You drag a blob of paint in one of four directions and it slides until something stops it: a wall, another blob or the edge of the table. It is not placed where you like, it is thrown. Every blob has to leave through a mouth on the edge that wants its colour and still has room in its order. When the table is empty, you have won the level.

How does mixing work?

Only red, yellow and blue ever appear on the table. Push two different primaries until they touch and they fuse into one: red + yellow = orange, yellow + blue = green, blue + red = violet. Two blobs of the same colour, primary or mix, also stick together into a bigger one. What never happens is a mix combining with anything other than itself: orange against green, or violet against blue, stay as they are. And there is no way to unmix one apart from the undo button.

How do I get three stars?

Every level has a par move count — the shortest solution that exists — and a slightly larger budget. Three stars for solving it in par, two for spending less than half the slack, one for finishing inside the budget and none for going over it. Going over is only possible by buying moves: the level still counts as cleared and still unlocks the next one, but it pays no coins and leaves the three stars there for you to come back for. Buying does not buy stars.

Are there impossible tables?

No. Levels are not generated at random and then checked: they are built backwards from the solution, and before a level ever reaches you its solution is replayed in full to prove the table clears. If you got stuck it was the order of your pushes, not the deal: retrying is free and there is no limit.

I have run out of moves

You have three ways out, and none of them costs real money: undo your last push (10 coins), the hint, which points out which blob to move and where (25 coins), or five more moves (40 coins, or by watching a video). And you can always retry the level from the start, which is free, as often as you like. Coins are earned by emptying tables.

I bought coins and they have not appeared

Reopen the game while online: pending packs are delivered on launch. If they are still missing, tap "Restore Purchases" in the shop or in Settings and, if that does not do it, write to us with your Apple receipt and we will sort it out.

I reinstalled the game and lost my progress

Progress is stored only on the device, so deleting the app deletes it too and we cannot recover it. What does come back is what you paid for: "Remove Ads" and the theme pack are restored with "Restore Purchases".

How do I remove the ads?

With the one-off "Remove Ads" purchase, in the game's shop. It removes the ads between levels and, on top of that, the five extra moves become free: no video to watch and no 40 coins to pay for them.

The daily challenge will not load the leaderboard

The leaderboard needs iCloud and a connection. If it is unavailable, your result is kept in a local leaderboard inside the phone and the challenge can still be played in full: nothing is lost because you had no signal.

Do we all play the same daily challenge?

Yes. The day's table is generated from the date (UTC), so it is identical for anybody who opens it on the same day. It is bigger than the one your progress would give you — it is always generated at the same difficulty band, whatever level you are on — it is ranked by fewest moves, and you can retry it as often as you like: only your best result of the day counts.

Can I play offline?

Yes. The levels and the daily challenge both work entirely without internet, because the tables are generated on the device itself. Only the challenge leaderboard needs a connection, to publish and read results.

I cannot tell the pigment colours apart

There is nothing to switch on: every pigment always carries its own symbol on top of it, on every theme, paid ones included, and the delivery mouths show that same symbol beside the amount they still want. Colour is never the only clue, on the table or in the order. It is not a setting that can be turned off by accident, and it is not something you buy.

I use VoiceOver

The whole table is read out by VoiceOver: each blob states which pigment it is — by name, not by colour — how many cells it is and which row and column it sits in, and each mouth states which pigment it wants and how much it still needs, or that it has been served. Because dragging is the one gesture VoiceOver cannot forward, the four moves are also offered as actions on each blob, so the whole game can be played without dragging anything. With Reduce Motion on, the background animation on the home screen is removed, the tutorial holds the finished state of each rule instead of replaying it, and the hint ring is drawn solid instead of pulsing. None of these helpers is a purchase.
